Yammer lets you create a private social network for your own organisation. It's as easy to use as great consumer software like Facebook and Twitter, but is designed for company collaboration, file sharing, knowledge exchange and team efficiency.

Choose your members, let them fill out a profile and then share information with your network. You can create groups for particular projects, then add discussions, polls, and events to help you stay organised.
