Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a powerful tool that enables you to see what is happening on your website or social media platforms. You can easily create reports to find out how many people are using your site what they are looking at and where they are coming from. It can also help you by giving insights so that you can make sure that people keep coming back!

  • Google Analytics is built on a powerful, easy-to-use reporting platform, so that you can decide what data you want to view and customise your reports, with just a few clicks.
  • Content reports help you understand which parts of your website are performing well and which pages are most popular so that you can create a better experience for your customers.
  • The web is a social place and Google Analytics measures the success of your social media programmes. You can analyse how visitors interact with sharing features on your site and engage with your content across social platforms.

hazelbroad We use analytics to track our websites at RVA, but we also publish some resource documents via google drive / google sites and these couldn't be tracked with analytics because they are not webpages as such. We've used the goo url shortener on the urls of our published documents and relinked our google site accordingly. Works a treat - we now have open stats for our published resources.
